Abstract
This study evaluates the nutritional benefits and functional properties of microgreens, highlighting their potential to enhance dietary diversification and improve nutrition. Advanced analytical techniques were employed to characterize bioactive compounds, suggesting that microgreens can serve as a functional food to support health and well-being.
