Abstract
This study examines the prevalence and antibiotic resistance of *Escherichia coli* in urban and peri-urban garden ecosystems of Bangladesh. Findings highlight significant contamination levels, with 100% resistance to ampicillin and varying resistance to other antibiotics. The study underscores the public health risks associated with urban agricultural practices.
