Colletotrichum is one of the most important genus of fungi widely recognized for causing anthracnose disease in plants, leading to significant agricultural losses worldwide. The most obvious and common symptoms are dark sunken lesions on leaves, stems, fruits and flowers. The workflow of our study includes, DNA extraction, Gel electrophoresis, DNA sequencing and Multiple Gene analysis. We grinding up the diseased plants collected in Vietnam and gathering them on the classic FTA cards. As you can see We use Fusarium graminearum as outgroup. And there are 80% gene types are C. scovillei, 6% C. boninense and others. We can implement more precise and effective control measures specifically targeting this species
