Summary
以托鲁巴姆为砧木,美娇为接穗,研究了嫁接栽培对夏秋茄子(美娇)生长特性、产量、商品性以及品质的影响。结果表明:嫁接能明显增强茄子的生长势,显著提高茄子中后期座果能力,这也是茄子嫁接后的总产量显著高于自根茄的主要原因。嫁接改善了果实的商品性,使果实变长且果形更顺直,色泽更光亮,更受消费者欢迎。嫁接茄的蛋白质、蔗糖、维生素C、还原糖、果糖、含水量和粗纤维含量等品质指标与自根茄具有一定差异。
The experiment was carried out to study the effect of rootstock Solanum torvum on growth performance, yield, commodity and quality of 'Meijiao' in summer and autumn season. The results showed that grafting cultivation enhanced plant growth. The later yield and total yield significantly increased, which resulted from the increasing fruit setting. Grafting cultivation improved the commodity, and the grafted eggplant fruit which is characteristic of straighter fruit appearance, longer and more bright color was more welcome by consumers. The contents of protein, sucrose, vitamin C, fructose, reducing sugar, water and crude fiber were different between grafted eggplant and owe-root eggplant.
