Summary
Current study was conducted with an aim to grasp the root knot nematodes (Meloidogyne incognita) through the biocontrol agents i.e. Fungus (Trichoderma harzianum), Neem (Azadirachta indica) and humiphos (biofertilizer) on brinjal (Solanum melongena). These biologically active factors exhibit the property to resist against M.incognita, moreover T. harzianum endeavor for plant growth as an inducer. Different concentrations for each treatment were inclined and analysis for the efficiency of bio-agent was made effect of these concentrations were perceived on shoot length, root length, shoot weight, root weight, shoot dry weight, root dry weight and effect on gall formation. Comparative analysis was carried with controlled (only nematode treated) plant. Findings illustrated that T. harzianum revealed outstanding resistance abilities beside growth promotion as compare to Azadirachta indica in brinjal.
