Summary
A field experiment was conducted in Pengzhou, Sichuan, China, to determine the effects of N, P, K, Mg, B, and Mo fertilizers on the yield and marketability of cauliflower. The treatments comprised: 207 kg N/ha; 75 kg P/ha; 225 and 450 kg K/ha; 29.4 kg Mg/ha; 7.5 kg B/ha; and 20 kg Mo/ha. K fertilizer was the most yield-limiting factor, however, Mg and Mo deficiencies significantly affected crop quality. Balanced fertilizer application significantly increased yield, marketability, and farmers' net income.
