By several procedues, the isoflavones in soybean were extracted. The procedure: D-Glucose-delta-Lactone solution extraction, ethanol precipitation for isolating the polysaccharids and proteins, and then feeding the solution to DM130 macroporous adsorption resin is effective. The final content of isoflavones in extract and the recovery of the extract are 361.6 mg/g and 0.413% respectively.
