Summary
Green gram [Vigna radiata] cv. NDM-1 grown at Faisabad, Uttar Pradesh in summer 1996 was given 0-26.4 kg P and 0-60 kg S/ha. Growth, nodulation, yield and yield components generally increased with up to 26.4 kg P and 40 kg S/ha. Data on N, P and S uptake and plant protein content are also tabulated.
