000075783 520__ $$a種子品質的好壞會影響作物的生產與收穫,因此在收穫後常會藉由種子調製以提高種子品質。而在調製過程中,若發生機械損傷,則會造成種子品質降低,導致在調製完成後無法獲得理想的調製結果。因此,本研究於大豆種子調製流程中,針對可能影響種子品質的調製步驟設置抽樣點,分別為脫粒後、進料後、乾燥後、精選後及包裝完成後,利用電導度法測定不同調製步驟下的種子活力,用以判別經過不同調製步驟後,種子品質是否改變。藉由所收集到的種子活力數據,並進行管制圖的繪製,以確認產出的種子是來自穩定的調製過程。由於本研究中所進行的重複數較少,因此針對小樣本的資料,使用Wilcoxon等級和檢定,將資料轉換為等級,經排序後計算檢定統計量及透過重複抽樣以推論檢定統計量之機率分布的拔靴法評估各調製步驟前後種子活力的差異,找出在現行種子調製流程中影響種子調製品質之主要原因。根據評估結果顯示,以烘乾作業為調製流程中對種子品質影響較大的調製步驟。因此在後續的調製作業中,可在適當的條件下,針對調製流程再進行調整,以強化種子調製技術而減小對種子品質的影響。
000075783 520__ $$aIn agriculture production activity, the seed quality will affect the growth and harvest of crop. After seed harvesting, seed processing is often carried out to improve the seed quality. Commercial seed processing is usually assisted by machinery. Therefore, the mechanical damage to seeds will occur due to the equipment or transport system. The purpose of this study was to find the factors that would affect the seed quality in the seed processing procedure, by monitoring the seed quality of soybean (Glycine max L.). In order to recognize the real situation of soybean seed processing procedure, we sampled soybean seeds after thresher, conveyer, dryer, grader and bagging. To collect the vigor data, the samples were used to conduct vigor tests. In the study, the control charts were created to assure the seed processing procedure was in control. Then, the collected data were analyzed by Wilcoxon rank sum test and bootstrap method to determine whether the vigor of seed had significant differences between before and after the seed processing steps. According to our result, the drying operation was a modulation step that had a great influence on the seed quality in the seed processing procedure of soybean. In the future, the improvement proposal on the seed processing procedure of soybean could be provided to obtain the more stable and efficient seed processing procedure.
