000075781 520__ $$a本研究針對15種市售甘藍品種，評估三週齡苗期及六週齡期對十字花科蔬菜黑腐病菌生理小種1（race 1）及4（race 4）菌株的抗性。發病等級依病徵共區分為5個等級，調查4-5週，再依據發病指數（Disease Index, DI%）區分抗病等級，DI%在0-25%屬抗病等級（R, resistant），DI%在25-50%屬中抗病等級（MR, moderate resistant），DI%在50-75%屬感病等級（S, susceptible），DI%在75-100%屬極感病等級（HS, highly susceptible）。定溫箱試驗結果顯示三週齡期不論接種race 1或接種race 4菌株均未發現抗病（R）的品種，其中接種race1的結果顯示'228'、‘鑫豐’及‘台中二號’等3個品種屬中抗（MR），接種race4的結果顯示'228'及‘鑫豐’等2個品種屬中抗（MR）。田間試驗接種結果顯示，六週齡期不論接種race1或race4菌株均未發現抗病（R）的品種，其中接種race1的結果顯示'228'、‘鑫豐’及‘和風’等3個品種屬中抗（MR），接種race4的結果顯示'228'、‘鑫豐’及‘和風’等3個品種屬於中抗（MR）。
000075781 520__ $$aFifteen commercial varieties of cabbage were evaluated for their resistance level to race 1 and race 4 of Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris (Xcc). Three-week-old seedlings (grown in greenhouse) and six - week-old seedlings (grown in the field) were inoculated with race 1 or race 4 of Xcc. Disease index (DI) based on a 0 - 4 scale on their severity of the symptoms. The DIs were calculated weekly for 4-5 wks. Based on the data, four resistance levels were calculated, including 'Resistant' (R; DI≦25%), 'Moderate Resistant' (MR; DI between 25 - 50%), 'Susceptible' (S; DI between 50 - 75%), and Highly Susceptibile (HS; DI between 75 - 100%). None of the cabbage varieties were resistant to race 1 or race 4 of Xcc. However, three-week-old seedlings of varieties '228', 'Hsin Fong' and 'Taichung N0. 2' exhibited moderate resistant to race 1 of Xcc under greenhouse conditions, and those of '228' and 'Hsin Fong' showed moderate resistant to race 4 of Xcc under the same growth conditions. Six-week-old seedlings of '228', 'Hsin Fong' and 'He Feng' exhibited moderate resistant to race 1 or race 4 of Xcc in field.
