Abstract
本次合作選擇 44 個亞蔬種原庫之鵲豆種原,並利用葉綠素螢光及細胞膜熱 穩定性作為營養生長期之篩選指標,光合作用效率以熱處理與對照組之葉綠素螢光比例表示,並且以參試品系之平均表現 35%作為篩選門檻,而細胞膜熱穩定度則以相對傷害值顯示,以 50%作為篩選門檻,結果共有 6 個參試品系對熱具有耐性,然而葉綠素螢光及細胞膜熱穩定性之間並無相關性。
