Central Asian and Caucasian recipes with new vegetables

These recipes highlight vegetables not traditionally used in Central Asia and South Caucasus. About 60 recipes were included in this publication, however, more than 100 various dishes can be prepared. We wish to introduce you the diverse, beautiful and nutritious vegetables commonly used in other parts of the world. The recipes are designed to diversify diets and enhance human health.
