This procedure concerns the procurement of individual consultancy services and replaces the existing SOP on purchases, where it deals with consultancy services provided by individuals (SOP Purchasing/x/4 of 18 December 2013) and the Directive 003a.2014 ‘Agreements and Contracts Review and Approval’ issued by the Office of the Deputy Director General – Research on 10 September 2014. It fits with the flow-chart 1.b in DG Memo 2016-04 dated 18 July 2016 on new Workflows for Agreements.
